Bei uns betreuen Sie Ihren eigenen Kundenstamm im Bereich hochwertiger Kapitalanlage-Immobilien. Die Hilpert AG ist eine feste Größe am Berliner Immobilienmarkt – familiengeführt, über 7.000 entwickelte Wohnungen, Projektentwicklung und Vertrieb unter einem Dach. Starke Argumente. Hohe Glaubwürdigkeit beim Kunden.

Was Sie konkret tun

  • Aufbau und Entwicklung eines eigenen Kundenstamms im Kapitalanlagevertrieb
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Kunden im Rahmen der Wohlstandsplanung mit Fokus auf Immobilien und Anlageprodukte
  • Beratungsgespräche – digital und vor Ort
  • Steuerung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses bis zum Notartermin
  • Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen im CRM-System

Entscheidend sind Ihre Kommunikationsstärke, Abschlussorientierung, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und der Wille, Verantwortung im Vertrieb zu übernehmen.
