The posting

Wir, die Hilpert AG, suchen für unsere Hausverwaltung, ein mittelständisches Unternehmen im Zentrum Berlins mit rund 10.300 Verwaltungseinheiten, neue sympathische Mitarbeiter:innen in der Immobilienverwaltung. Das Team besteht aus 27 Mitarbeiter:innen und derzeit 5 Auszubildenden. Wir bauen seit 25 Jahren Neubau-Mietwohnungen (keine Eigennutzer). Jedes Jahr kommen ca. 500 Wohneinheiten in der Verwaltung dazu.

Tragen Sie aktiv zur Zufriedenheit unserer Mieter*innen und Eigentümer:innen bei. Gemeinsam gestalten wir ein optimales Wohn- und Immobilienmanagement!

Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung eines festen Bestandes von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften
  • Kommunikation mit Mieter:innen, Eigentümer:innen, Dienstleister:innen & Behörden
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen, Protokollführung und Umsetzung der dort gefassten Beschlüsse
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im immobilienwirtschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der WEG-Verwaltung
  • Eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch zu kommunizieren
  • Zertifizierte/r Verwalter:in oder rechtsgültige Alternativen z.B. geprüfte/r Immobilienfachwirt:in
