Currently seeking a Deep Cleaning Attendant to join our team at Mountainloft, a Hilton Vacation Club in Gatlinburg TN. We are looking for team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties! As a Deep Cleaning Attendant, you will drive company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

What will I be doing?

  • Perform detailed cleaning of guest villas, suites, and common areas according to established schedules.
  • Consistently meets resort cleanliness standards.
  • Completes assigned deep-cleaning projects on schedule.
  • Move and clean behind furniture, appliances, beds, sofas, and cabinetry.
  • Clean walls, baseboards, door frames, trim, vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and window tracks.
  • Deep clean kitchens
  • Deep clean bathrooms
  • Public Area Deep Cleaning
  • Deep clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, fitness centers, and recreational facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of storage rooms, housekeeping closets, and back-of-house areas.
  • Preventive Maintenance Support
  • Report findings promptly through established procedures.
  • Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,
  • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Maintains safe chemical handling practices.
  • Works effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Resort Operations teams.
  • Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members.
  • Follow infection prevention and sanitation guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull/ up to 100 lbs.
  • Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts them.
  • Build confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions.
