At Hilton Grand Vacations, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our Call center Sales team as a Sales agent. This role is perfect for those with a knack for sales and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests who have been calls to and from our partners, offering them discounted vacation packages. Your primary goal will be to engage and excite these guests, ultimately converting them into sales. With our highest call volume times, you'll have ample opportunities to make a difference and boost your earnings. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Proven sales experience or a track record of success in a sales-focused role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Benefits
