The Employer Our Client is a fast emerging player in the business of fragrance distribution. They are seeking to hire a matured, likely retired professional as their Retail Operations Manager. The successful candidate should have experience in the scaling of businesses and keen to continue sharing his/ her skills and expertise to meet established business goals. This is a hands-on role in a growing company that values practical experience, sound judgment, and guidance over speed or corporate formality. The role is suitable for experienced professionals who enjoy building structure, mentoring junior staff, and contributing meaningfully to a growing business. The Role The Retail Operations Manager shall be responsible for optimising profitability, ensuring key performance indicators for performance, operational efficiency, and brand consistency, are met. Responsibilities include: Ensuring efficiency and timeliness of the B2B supply chain including the logistics, warehousing and delivery Managing inventory flow Ensuring regulatory compliance at all times Building rapport with partners, retailers Coaching/ mentoring team members Requirements Minimum 10 years experience in managing retail operations Good inter-personal skills Good communication skills Suitably qualified and mature candidates who are prepared to work in Semenyih are encouraged to apply. Benefits Terms of Employment: Full-time or part-time basis, depending on the agreed arrangement with the successful candidate Office Hours: 0900-1800H weekdays
