The Employer Our Client is a fast emerging player in the business of fragrance distribution. They are seeking to hire a matured, likely retired professional as the Warehouse Manager who is open to new ideas to improve efficiency and safety, and keen to continue sharing his/ her skills and expertise to meet established business goals. This is a hands-on role in a growing company that values practical experience, sound judgment, and guidance over speed or corporate formality. The role is suitable for experienced professionals who enjoy building structure, mentoring junior staff, and contributing meaningfully to a growing business. The Role The Warehouse Manager shall be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of products, and ensuring that products are properly stored and delivered in a safe and timely manner Responsibilities include: Ensuring incoming products are received in good order and safely stored Optimising floor space for storage, packing while ensuring safety at all times Tracking inventory storage and movement Ensuring efficient and timely delivery Ensuring regulatory compliance at all times Building rapport with partners, retailers Coaching/ mentoring team members Requirements Minimum 10 years experience in warehouse management Good inter-personal skills Good communication skills Suitably qualified and mature candidates who are prepared to work in Semenyih are encouraged to apply.
