Al zo’n 25 jaar bouwt dit bedrijf uit Lochristi mee aan de infrastructuur van morgen. De naam dekt de lading eigenlijk niet, want naast grondwerken doen ze ook afbraak, wegenis, riolering, omgevings-, beton-, spoor- en waterbouwwerken. Samen met zusterbedrijf zorgen ze ook voor de recyclage van grond- en bouwafval.

Als gevestigde waarde binnen de sector blijft dit bedrijf groeien en haar activiteiten verder uitbreiden. Om die groei in goede banen te leiden, zoeken ze een ondernemende (m/v/x) Operationeel Manager

Wat ga je doen?

Als Operationeel Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter de volledige operationele werking. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werven, van aanbesteding tot definitieve oplevering, veilig, kwalitatief, efficiënt en rendabel verlopen.

  • Je stuurt de werfleiders en operationele teams aan, coacht hen en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je denkt mee over aanbestedingen en projectopstarten en bewaakt de planning over alle werven heen.
  • Je coördineert de inzet van collega’s, machines en materialen en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende werven vlot op elkaar afgestemd zijn.
  • Je bewaakt de budgetten, marges en rendabiliteit van de projecten en volgt de financiële voortgang op.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers en externe partners, bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid en denkt mee over de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring en beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in de infrasector, bijvoorbeeld binnen grondwerken, wegenbouw, riolering, waterbouw of aanverwante activiteiten. Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coördineren van werven, werfleiders, ploegbazen en/of andere operationele teams.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met bestekken, meetstaten en het Standaardbestek 250. Daarnaast heb je kennis van overheidsaanbestedingen, budgetten en financieel projectbeheer.
  • Je bent een coachende en besluitvaardige leider die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, het overzicht bewaart en ook onder druk rustig blijft.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en ja kan je behelpen in het Frans
