Jouw rol

Als Operationeel Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van Verdi Fit in Venlo. Je zorgt dat de dienstverlening goed georganiseerd is, medewerkers weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht en processen bijdragen aan kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en gezonde bedrijfsvoering.

Je bent zichtbaar voor het team, stimuleert eigenaarschap en helpt medewerkers om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd houd je overzicht over de operationele resultaten en kijk je waar processen slimmer, efficiënter of beter kunnen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de directie, collega's binnen Verdi Groep en andere bedrijfsonderdelen. Daarbij verbind je de dagelijkse praktijk in Venlo met de bredere ontwikkeling van de groep. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen door te voeren en samen met het team te bouwen aan toekomstbestendige dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiderschap en teamontwikkeling: aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en bouwen aan een professionele, betrokken teamcultuur.
  • Operationele aansturing: bewaken van de dagelijkse operatie, planning, capaciteit en inzet van mensen en middelen.
  • Kwaliteit en resultaat: sturen op kwaliteit van dienstverlening, klanttevredenheid en operationele en financiële resultaten.
  • Procesverbetering: signaleren van knelpunten en verbeteren van processen, werkwijzen en onderlinge samenwerking.
  • Relatiebeheer en samenwerking: onderhouden van contact met relevante stakeholders en samenwerken met andere disciplines en labels binnen Verdi Groep.
  • Ontwikkeling van de organisatie: vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete acties en bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van Verdi Fit.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 5.800 en € 7.200 bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren operationeel manager die structuur aanbrengt, mensen verbindt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor resultaten. Je begrijpt wat een team nodig heeft om goed te functioneren en weet de balans te houden tussen aandacht voor medewerkers, klantgerichtheid en een efficiënte bedrijfsvoering.

Daarnaast:

  • Je hebt hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau en ruime ervaring in een operationele managementrol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teams.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt ervaring met het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je combineert resultaatgerichtheid met mensgericht en verbindend leiderschap.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen medewerkers, management en andere stakeholders.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is.
  • Affiniteit met arbodienstverlening, arbeid en gezondheid is een pré.
