The company provides precision engineering and contract manufacturing solutions to customers across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Job Description

Payroll Administration

  • Assist monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
  • Coordinate payroll-related matters with the relevant department.
  • Ensure statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SKBBK, PCB) are processed accurately and on time.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain employee training records and monitor training schedules.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and preparing annual training plans.
  • Support HRDF/HRD Corp-related documentation and claims, where applicable.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee personal files and HR records.
  • Administer employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and other employment documentation.
  • Monitor leave administration and attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

General Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Assist with office administration and other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor

Salary Range: Up to RM4.5k
