  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring defects and rework.

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Transfer

  • Lead engineering preparation and execution for new product introduction and equipment transfer projects.
  • Review technical documentation, BOMs, drawings, tooling requirements, and assembly processes.
  • Conduct manufacturing readiness assessments and identify technical risks before production.

  • Support engineering change implementation (ECN/ECO) and manufacturing process validation.

Customer & Cross-Functional Communication

  • Act as the technical contact for customers on assembly, engineering, quality, and equipment performance issues.
  • Participate in customer technical discussions, meetings, factory visits, and engineering reviews.
  • Prepare technical reports, investigation findings, and corrective action proposals.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly and professionally to customers and senior management.
  • Coordinate engineering activities across Production, Quality, Procurement, Project Management, and other internal departments.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
