Vi söker nu, på uppdrag av en av våra kunder, en serviceinriktad och engagerad hotellreceptionist för en heltidsanställning i Linköping. Vi söker dig som tycker om att möta människor, har ett professionellt bemötande och trivs i en varierande arbetsmiljö där service och gästupplevelser står i centrum.

Som hotellreceptionist är du hotellets ansikte utåt och spelar en viktig roll i att skapa en positiv upplevelse för gästerna. Du ansvarar för allt från in- och utcheckningar till bokningar och löpande service, samtidigt som du bidrar till att receptionens dagliga arbete fungerar smidigt.

Arbetsuppgifter Ta emot gäster och hantera in- och utcheckningar. Administrera bokningar, avbokningar och ändringar. Besvara frågor via telefon, mejl och personliga möten. Ge information om hotellets faciliteter, tjänster och närområde. Hantera betalningar, fakturering och kassaarbete. Hantera gästernas önskemål och lösa eventuella problem på ett professionellt sätt. Samarbeta med housekeeping och övriga avdelningar för att säkerställa en god gästupplevelse. Bidra till en välkomnande och trivsam atmosfär i receptionen.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som är positiv, ansvarstagande och har ett genuint intresse för service. Du är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt. Du trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor och behåller ett professionellt bemötande även när tempot är högt.

Vi ser gärna att du har: God kommunikativ förmåga och ett serviceinriktat förhållningssätt. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Grundläggande datorvana och förmåga att snabbt lära dig nya system. God organisationsförmåga och känsla för detaljer. Förmåga att hantera olika situationer med lugn och flexibilitet.

Meriterande Tidigare erfarenhet av hotellreception eller arbete inom besöksnäringen. Erfarenhet av bokningssystem eller hotelladministrativa system. Erfarenhet av kundservice, försäljning eller kassahantering. Ytterligare språkkunskaper utöver svenska och engelska.

Tidigare erfarenhet är meriterande, men vi lägger stor vikt vid din personlighet, servicekänsla och vilja att utvecklas.
