The posting

The Executive Director will lead Healthcare Demo Account in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the organization meets its goals effectively and efficiently. This role requires a visionary leader who can foster collaboration, manage resources prudently, and represent the company with integrity in all stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Healthcare Demo Account’s mission and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage senior staff to foster a productive and positive organizational culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or related organization.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and operational oversight.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL.
