Join our dedicated team at The Joseph, A Luxury Collection Hotel, as a Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help create an exceptional experience for our guests. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation that align with our luxury brand.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist with laundry services and inventory management of cleaning supplies.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by responding promptly and courteously to requests and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
