Se trata de un despacho boutique con foco principal en Derecho de Familia y una marcada proyección internacional. Actualmente cuenta con un equipo de cinco profesionales y atraviesa un momento de crecimiento sostenido, tras haber forjado en los últimos años alianzas estratégicas con firmas de Estados Unidos y Reino Unido, lo que le permite recibir y derivar de forma habitual asuntos internacionales, en particular los relacionados con familias expatriadas y clientes de otros países.

El incremento de trabajo, por encima de lo previsto inicialmente, hace necesaria la incorporación de un/a nuevo/a profesional con autonomía y capacidad de gestión propia.

¿Qué se busca?

Se busca un/a abogado/a con 4-5 años de experiencia y una formación sólida en Derecho Procesal Civil, con capacidad para llevar procedimientos de forma autónoma. El perfil ideal:

  • Cuenta con experiencia gestionando procedimientos civiles de inicio a fin.
  • Tiene soltura acudiendo a sala y defendiendo vistas.
  • Puede hacerse cargo de parte de la carga procesal del despacho desde el primer momento.
  • Muestra madurez profesional y no requiere supervisión constante

Condiciones

  • Salario orientativo: 37.000€-40.000€ brutos/año, con margen para valorar perfiles de mayor recorrido.
  • Sistema de bonificaciones.
  • Plan de carrera.
  • Jornada orientada a la conciliación: organización flexible (mañanas en juzgados, tardes en despacho) y viernes tarde libre.
  • Ubicación: Sant Cugat del Vallès

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • 4-5 años de experiencia como abogado/a procesal civil.
  • Experiencia en procedimientos civiles, asistencia a sala, vistas y juicios, y gestión integral de expedientes.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (C1 o equivalente); no imprescindible acreditación oficial, pero sí soltura en reuniones y documentación jurídica en inglés.

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia en Derecho de Familia.
  • Conocimientos de Derecho Internacional Privado o asuntos internacionales.
  • Experiencia con clientes extranjeros o expatriados.

Perfil deseado

Persona con recorrido en Procesal Civil, acostumbrada a litigar y con autonomía suficiente para asumir procedimientos desde el primer día. Si además cuenta con experiencia en Derecho de Familia —especialmente con componente internacional o clientes expatriados—, encajará de forma excelente con el proyecto. El dominio del inglés será clave, dado que parte de la actividad se desarrolla en coordinación con despachos extranjeros y clientes internacionales.
