The posting

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Sistemas e Infraestructura con perfil híbrido, orientado principalmente a la integración y operación de plataformas de sistemas modernas, contenedores y automatización, pero con sólidos conocimientos de redes e infraestructura.

La persona seleccionada participará en el diseño, despliegue y mantenimiento de entornos basados en Linux, virtualización, Docker y Kubernetes, colaborando también en tareas relacionadas con conectividad, redes IP y arquitectura de infraestructura.

Funciones principales

Administración e integración de sistemas

  • Diseñar, desplegar y mantener infraestructuras basadas en Linux y virtualización.
  • Administrar plataformas de contenedores y orquestación (Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, OpenShift o similares).
  • Participar en proyectos de automatización e infraestructura como código mediante Ansible, Terraform, Python o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Gestionar plataformas y servicios en entornos on-premise, cloud o híbridos.
  • Monitorizar y optimizar plataformas críticas garantizando disponibilidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.
  • Colaborar en la integración entre sistemas, plataformas cloud, almacenamiento y redes.
  • Participar en procesos CI/CD y despliegues automatizados.

Infraestructura y redes

  • Administrar y mantener redes IP corporativas y de Datacenter.
  • Configurar switching y routing avanzado (VLANs, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, etc.).
  • Participar en arquitecturas de red modernas basadas en VXLAN EVPN, overlays y segmentación.
  • Colaborar con equipos de ciberseguridad para garantizar la seguridad y resiliencia de la infraestructura.
  • Automatizar tareas de configuración y operación de red.

Conocimientos requeridos

  • Formación técnica en informática, sistemas, telecomunicaciones o similar.
  • Experiencia demostrable en administración de sistemas Linux.
  • Experiencia práctica con tecnologías de contenedores y orquestación:Docker Kubernetes Helm Docker Compose
  • Experiencia en automatización y scripting:Ansible Python Bash Terraform (valorado)
  • Conocimientos de virtualización y plataformas de infraestructura.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de redes IP y switching:VLANs OSPF BGP VRRP Redes overlay/underlay
  • Experiencia en monitorización y troubleshooting de infraestructura.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos híbridos de sistemas y networking.

Conocimientos deseados:

  • Experiencia con plataformas cloud:AWS Azure OpenStack Proxmox
  • Conocimientos de observabilidad y monitorización:Prometheus Grafana ELK Zabbix
  • Experiencia en CI/CD:GitLab CI Jenkins ArgoCD
  • Conocimientos de almacenamiento distribuido y alta disponibilidad.
  • Experiencia en redes de Datacenter y tecnologías fabric:VXLAN EVPN SPB MPLS
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de análisis de red:Wireshark NetFlow SNMP
  • Conocimientos de ciberseguridad aplicada a infraestructura y sistemas.
  • Certificaciones valorables:CKA / CKAD RHCSA / RHCE CCNP AWS Certified LPIC

Perfil deseado:

  • Perfil técnico híbrido, con orientación principal a sistemas e integración de plataformas.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse tanto en entornos de sistemas como de networking.
  • Persona proactiva, resolutiva y con interés por la automatización y las tecnologías cloud-native.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptación a entornos tecnológicos cambiantes.
  • Interés por arquitecturas modernas, escalabilidad y operación de infraestructuras críticas.
