Naszym klientem jest europejski producent ekologicznych rozwiązań reklamowych, specjalizujący się w spersonalizowanych materiałach promocyjnych. Firma rozwija swoje produkty w oparciu o materiały z recyklingu oraz przyjazne środowisku technologie produkcyjne, łącząc skuteczną reklamę ze zrównoważonym podejściem do środowiska.

Obecnie poszukujemy doświadczonej i samodzielnej osoby na stanowisko Specjalisty / Specjalistki ds. sprzedaży i pozyskiwania klientów, która będzie odpowiedzialna za realizację pełnego procesu sprzedaży - od pozyskania klienta, poprzez negocjację, doradztwo i przygotowanie oferty, aż po zamknięcie szansy sprzedażowej.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów B2B z użyciem narzędzi prospectingowych
  • Rozwijanie pozyskanych klientów
  • Samodzielne planowanie i realizacja działań sprzedażowych
  • Prowadzenie negocjacji oraz finalizowanie kontraktów sprzedażowych
  • Monitorowanie rynku oraz regularne raportowanie wyników i aktywności sprzedażowej

Poszukiwane kompetencje

  • Doświadczenie w pracy na szybkim procesie sprzedaży
  • Umiejętność aktywnego pozyskiwania klientów B2B oraz ich rozwijania
  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży do podobnych buyer person (m.in. działy HR bądź działy marketingu)
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego planowania działań sprzedażowych i realizacji celów
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B na rynkach zagranicznych
  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży do sieci handlowych i/lub marek własnych

Oferujemy

  • Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę B2B
  • Wynagrodzenie w wysokości 10 000 – 12 000 PLN netto na FV + VAT + premia
  • Niezbędne narzędzia do pracy: laptop, telefon, narzędzia prospectingowe
  • Pracę w trybie zdalnym (przy czym pierwsze tygodnie wdrożenia odbywają się stacjonarnie/hybrydowo w Białymstoku - do uzgodnienia)
  • Pełne wdrożenie produktowo-operacyjne
