Nasz klient to firma z branży wyposażenia wnętrz / home & decor, zajmująca się projektowaniem, produkcją oraz dystrybucją produktów w modelu e-commerce B2B. Firma działa na rynkach międzynarodowych, oferując partnerom biznesowym kompleksowe wsparcie sprzedażowe oraz operacyjne. W związku z dynamicznym rozwojem oraz rozbudową sprzedaży zagranicznej poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Export Key Account Manager, która będzie odpowiedzialna za rozwój współpracy z klientami na rynkach europejskich.

Zakres obowiązków

  • rozwój sprzedaży w istniejącej bazie klientów B2B na rynkach europejskich,
  • zwiększanie udziału oferty produktowej u partnerów (cross- i up-selling),
  • budowanie i rozwijanie długofalowych relacji biznesowych oraz negocjowanie warunków współpracy,
  • analiza danych sprzedażowych i identyfikowanie potencjałów wzrostu u klientów,
  • aktywna praca w CRM oraz prowadzenie klientów przez proces sprzedaży i rozwoju współpracy.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

  • doświadczenie w pracy z klientami e-commerce (rozumienie mechanizmów sprzedaży online),
  • umiejętność rozwijania klientów B2B i prowadzenia sprzedaży doradczej opartej na danych,
  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży na rynkach zagranicznych oraz pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym,
  • praktyczna znajomość pracy z CRM oraz podejście procesowe do sprzedaży,
  • rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne (praca na danych, Excel, wnioskowanie),
  • wysoka komunikatywność i proaktywność w prowadzeniu relacji biznesowych.
