🎯VOS MISSIONS

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe Projets, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de prestations IDF pour réaliser les mises en service des systèmes de sécurité auprès des clients utilisateurs et assurer l’accompagnement de nos partenaires intégrateurs.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Configurer et paramétrer notre logiciel de cybersécurité Micro-Sésame chez le client final, en lien avec son installation
  • Identifier les phases d’intervention sur les installations à partir des informations du dossier technique et réaliser les maquettes de test
  • Paramétrer et configurer le dialogue entre notre logiciel de sûreté et d’autres produits logiciels et matériels (vidéo, incendie, GTB, GTC etc.)
  • Présenter les spécificités techniques et les nouveautés du produit au client final
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de nos produits et de nos solutions
  • Réaliser les visites et interventions dans le cadre du maintien opérationnel du site (SAV, migration, contrat de maintenance etc…)

Le périmètre d’intervention sera principalement l’Ile de France mais des déplacements au national et à l'international sont à prévoir.

🔍VOTRE PROFIL

🎓 Formation de niveau BAC + 2 minimum, avec spécialisation en électronique et/ou informatique industrielle

💼 Expérience en courant faible, systèmes de sécurité et GTC (minimum 1 an)

🛠 Compétences techniques :

  • Informatique réseau (des connaissances en cybersécurité seraient un plus).
  • Système d’exploitation (windows)
  • Réseau de terrain
  • Moteur base de données (SQL)
  • L'anglais technique est un plus

💪 Soft skills :

  • Sens du service client
  • Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Goût du travail en équipe
  • Curiosité, envie d’apprendre et de s’investir sur de nouveaux sujets
  • Intérêt pour les logiciels et les technologies digitales
  • Autonomie sur les tâches et projets
  • Participer au développement de la qualité du service au client
