Wir sind Zum goldenen Hirschen Berlin. Wir machen kreative Kampagnen und strategische Kommunikation für Unternehmen, Institutionen und Ministerien. Dazu bringen wir Kreation, Strategie, Redaktion, Beratung und Digital zusammen und machen Komplexes einfach. Denn das ist für uns die Essenz von Kommunikation. Seit unserer Gründung verbinden wir den Mut, Dinge anders zu machen, mit dem Anspruch an Exzellenz in unserem Handwerk. Wir arbeiten in integrierten Teams mit flachen Hierarchien und hoher Eigenverantwortung. Nicht nur in Berlin, sondern an insgesamt vier Standorten in der Zum goldenen Hirschen Familie. Jeder Standort ist eine eigenständige Agentur mit einem eigenen Profil. Und gerade deshalb arbeiten wir gern miteinander, mit Neugier aufeinander und Vertrauen ineinander.

Was zu tun ist.

  • Eigenständige Projektplanung, Umsetzung, Abwicklung und Kontrolle von (internationalen) Projekten
  • Briefing und Steuerung des Projekt- und Kreationsteams
  • Budget- und Kapazitätsplanung sowie deren Kontrolle
  • Koordination von internen und externen Arbeitsabläufen
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von Kund*innenpräsentationen, Führen von Kund*innengesprächen
  • Ausbau von Bestandskund*innen und Mitwirkung bei Neugeschäft
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kund*innenterminen und -workshops
  • Ggf. Anleiten von Praktikant*innen, Auszubildenden und Junior*innen

Was du mitbringst.

  • Du interessierst dich für Gesellschaft und Politik, aber auch für Wirtschaft und Marken
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du hast mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder Projektmanagement einer Agentur
  • Du bringst ein gutes Zahlenverständnis mit und bist sehr gut organisiert
  • Du hast Spaß daran, dich schnell in neue Aufgaben und Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Du siehst Probleme eher als Herausforderung und hast Spaß daran, kreative Lösungen zu finden
  • Du bist verlässlich, engagiert und kommunikativ
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kannst aber auch gut eigenverantwortlich arbeiten
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
