Für unsere Tochteragentur Hype Hart, den Matchmakern für Influencer Marketing und Markenkommunikation für das 21. Jahrhundert, suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich Projektmanagement. Gerne an den Standorten Hamburg oder Köln.

Was zu tun ist.

Keine:r liebt die Arbeit mit Menschen so wie du, vor allem wenn sie hinter dem Bildschirm stattfindet. Du hast den Blick für die Trends und weißt, wer gerade gehyped wird. Kein Wunder, denn du bewegst dich so sicher wie ein Gondoliere durch Instagram, TikTok und Co. Mit deiner Arbeit hältst du deinem Team den Rücken frei, ganz nach dem Motto "Teamwork makes the dream work". It's a Match? Dann müssen wir uns unbedingt kennenlernen.

Das gehört dazu:

  • Influencer Recherche: Du hilfst uns dabei, die coolsten Influencer und Content Creator zu finden, die zu unseren Kunden und Projekten passen.
  • Content-Check: Du analysierst Content und checkst, ob er zu den Markenwerten und Zielen unserer Kunden passt.
  • Kampagnen-Monitoring: Du hilfst dabei, die Performance von Influencer-Kampagnen zu tracken und alle Informationen sauber und übersichtlich aufzubereiten.
  • Allgemeiner Teamsupport: Du bekommst immer wieder neue spannende Aufgaben von unseren Infuencer Experts rund um das Thema Creator Marketing – und lernst immer wieder neu dazu!

Wen wir suchen.

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in. "Irgendwas mit Marketing" passt immer gut.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Influencer Marketing (durch Praktika o. Ä.) sind ein Nice-to-have, müssen aber nicht sein. Eine grundsätzliche Begeisterung für das Thema sowie für Social Media dafür schon.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, kannst 1.000 Dinge gleichzeitig jonglieren, ohne in Panik zu geraten oder deinen Humor zu verlieren.
  • Eine hohe Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Selbstständigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du hast idealerweise mindestens 16, am liebsten aber 20 Stunden / Woche Zeit für uns.
