Position: ERP Cloud Senior Consultant Location: Mexico Work Modality: Remote Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary As an ERP Cloud Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, leading functional workshops, and designing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions aligned with client business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, driving process improvements, solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, user training, and project delivery while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP projects and upgrades.
  • Proven track record of 2+ successful Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Project Management modules (MUST HAVE).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Projects Costing (PJC), Inventory (INV), Fixed Assets (FA), Product Information Management (PIM), and Payables (AP).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Project Contract Billing (PCB) is highly desirable.
  • Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis, business process design, CRPs, SIT/UAT testing, and user training.
  • Demonstrated experience developing OTBI and Oracle Analytics reports.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and PLSQL.
  • Experience designing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other ETL tools.
  • Experience supporting data migration activities from a functional perspective.
  • Experience working in Agile implementation environments.
  • Advanced English

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend Oracle ERP Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud P2P and Project modules.
  • Design functional solutions, prepare configuration documents, and create detailed functional specifications.
  • Support integrations with external systems through OIC or ETL platforms.
  • Develop and review test scenarios, SIT/UAT scripts, and training materials.
  • Support data conversion and migration activities during implementation projects.
  • Create and maintain OTBI and Oracle Analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Sprint sessions, and business process discussions.
  • Collaborate with clients, onshore teams, and offshore teams throughout project delivery.
  • Provide guidance on industry best practices and process optimization initiatives.
  • Support issue resolution, project planning, and workload management activities.
