  • Analyze inspection and incident data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and communicate outstanding issues to campus leadership.
  • Lead incident response, investigations, and OSHA or third-party inspections while following required communication protocols.
  • Partner with project executives, project managers, and superintendents to incorporate safety into planning, scheduling, logistics, and trade coordination.
  • Review Job Hazard Analyses and high-risk work plans for electrical work, hazardous energy isolation, crane operations, excavation, elevated work, and confined spaces.
  • Coordinate safety responsibilities during energization, commissioning, system turnover, and work affecting live facilities.
  • Address risks associated with overlapping construction activities, shared access, deliveries, and emergency access.
  • Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized training; maintain a consistent field presence.
  • Lead campus safety meetings and coordinate emergency preparedness, response procedures, and drills.
  • Serve as a technical resource to project teams and support departmental goals, reporting, audits, and program improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mission critical, data center, industrial, or comparable construction environments.
  • Working knowledge of construction safety regulations, electrical safety, hazardous energy control, and commissioning.
  • Comprehensive understanding of high-hazard activities, including cranes, fall protection, scaffolding, excavation, and electrical work.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety or a related field preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute.
  • CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent designation preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification; OSHA 30-hour construction training preferred.
  • Commitment to the construction industry and on-site work.

Physical Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
