Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Teammitglieder (m/w/d) in der Projektbearbeitung in allen Projektstufen und Handlungsbereichen gem. AHO
  • Erstellung und Pflege der projektspezifischen Organisationsvorgaben (Projekthandbuch)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Rechnungs- und Nachtragsprüfung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Terminplänen (Rahmenterminplan, LV-Terminplan, Bauzeitenterminplan)
  • Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Teilnahme und Dokumentation von Besprechungen und Baustellenbegehungen
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen

Dein Profil

  • Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement, Architektur bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit entsprechender Ausrichtung im Bachelor oder Masterstudium
  • Optimalerweise bereits relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder durch Praktika, z.B. ebenfalls in der Projektsteuerung oder in der Bauleitung, Planung etc.
  • Außerordentliche Eigenmotivation, Hands-On-Mentalität und eine sehr hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
