Om rollen som Uthyrare/Servicetekniker

I den här kombinerade rollen, Hybrid (Uthyrare/Servicetekniker), blir du en central del av den dagliga verksamheten på depån. Du arbetar nära både kunder och kollegor och ansvarar för att uthyrningsprocessen fungerar smidigt från start till mål. Tillsammans med dina kollegor på depån ansvarar du för uthyrning av maskiner, hanterar kundfrågor samt returmottagning och utlämning av maskiner och utrustning. Samtidigt hjälper du också till på verkstaden och ser till att våra maskiner är i utmärkt skick för kunderna.

Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär bland annat att:

· Ge service till kunder i depån, via telefon och mejl

· Ansvara för mottagning och utlämning av maskiner och utrustning

· Hantera ordrar i systemet

· Genomföra funktionskontroller och dokumentation av maskiner som återlämnas

· Serva, rekonditionera och testa maskiner inför ny uthyrning

· Utföra enklare reparationer och byten av slitagedelar

· Beställa reservdelar och tillbehör

· Koordinera leveranser och hämtningar tillsammans med kollegor

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som trivs i en varierad roll där service, maskiner och samarbete går hand i hand. Du är ansvarstagande, kommunikativ och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer med både kunder och kollegor. Du gillar att arbeta i team, bidrar med positiv energi och motiveras av att hjälpa andra och få verksamheten att fungera smidigt tillsammans. Du har ett tekniskt intresse och är nyfiken på att utvecklas inom både tekniken och kundservice.

Kvalifikationer

  • Gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande
  • Grundläggande datorvana och systemkunskap
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • B-körkort

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från kundservice, butik eller uthyrningsverksamhet
  • Erfarenhet av service- eller verkstadsarbete
