Att jobba som Uthyrare hos oss

Som Uthyrare har du en central funktion på depån där du kombinerar kundkontakt, orderhantering och uthyrning av maskiner och utrustning. Du arbetar nära både kunder och kollegor och bidrar till att depån fungerar smidigt och effektivt genom struktur och prioriteringsförmåga.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att

  • Ge professionell service till kunder i depån, via telefon och mejl
  • Hjälpa kunder att hitta rätt maskiner och lösningar utifrån deras behov
  • Hantera ordrar, bokningar, fakturering och enklare kreditering
  • Ansvara för utlämning, retur och kontroll av maskiner
  • Koordinera leveranser och samarbeta med kollegor
  • Bidra till ordning, struktur och en effektiv depå

Vi söker dig som

Vi söker dig som trivs med att ge god service och har lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer med både kunder och kollegor. Du är strukturerad, ordningsam och ansvarstagande i ditt arbetssätt. Som person är du lösningsorienterad och uppskattar att arbeta i team, delar gärna med dig av din kunskap och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö där vi tillsammans skapar goda resultat.

Kvalifikationer

  • Gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande
  • God datorvana
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
  • B-körkort
  • Tekniskt intresse och viljan att lära sig mer om maskiner och utrustning

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från kundservice, detaljhandel, bygg/anläggning eller maskinuthyrning
  • Truckkort
