HOFFNUNGSTRÄGER ist eine dynamische, gemeinnützige Organisation mit Sitz in Leonberg mit einer klaren christlichen Werteorientierung. Für unser innovatives Integrationsprogramm bauen wir sogenannte Hoffnungshäuser. Unser Ziel: Durch gemeinsames Wohnen von Geflüchteten und Einheimischen sowie professioneller Begleitung möchten wir Integration gelingen lassen. In Schwäbisch Gmünd haben wir vier Hoffnungshäuser, zwei Gebäude mit barrierefreien Wohnungen (Generation 55+) sowie Seminarräume und einen Waldkindergarten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische und infrastrukturelle Betreuung des Standortes (z.B. Tiefgarage, Aufzugsanlagen) sowie Koordination externer Handwerksbetriebe
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Entwicklung von Gebäude und Gelände (16.000 m²)
  • Ansprechpartner für das Immobilienmanagement vor Ort (z.B. bei Wohnungsübergaben), als Unterstützung der Seniorinnen und Senioren bei Anliegen im Bereich Haustechnik sowie Betreuung und Einbindung der Mietenden bei Gebäude- und Geländethemen
  • Organisation und Management der Seminarräume von der Terminplanung bis zur Abrechnung
  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen sowie Begleitung von Projektarbeiten in der hauseigenen Werkstatt
  • Mitarbeit im Standortteam bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten, Veranstaltungen und Projekten
  • Übernahme von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten

Dein Profil

  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität in einem vielseitigen Aufgabenfeld
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Hands-on-Mentalität und sowie Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Sicheres, serviceorientiertes und wertschätzendes Auftreten im Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft und Lebenssituationen
  • Identifikation mit den christlichen Werten der Hoffnungsträger
