Für das Management, die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Kapitalmarkt-Portfolios suchen wir ab 01.10. einen Investment Officer.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategisches Vermögensmanagement: Verantwortungsvolle Anlage und Verwaltung des liquiden Stiftungsvermögens zur nachhaltigen Erwirtschaftung der Fördererträge sowie Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung der Investitionsstrategie im Rahmen der verabschiedeten Portfoliostrategie
  • Asset Allocation: Auswahl und kontinuierliche Überwachung diversifizierter Anlageklassen (Aktien, Anleihen, alternative Investments, Derivate) sowie Sicherstellen optimaler Liquidität auf Basis der Cash-Planung
  • Risikomanagement: Laufende Analyse der Kapitalmärkte, Portfoliostrukturierung sowie konsequentes Risikocontrolling
  • Dienstleistersteuerung: Auswahl, Steuerung und Überwachung externer Vermögensverwalter, Depotbanken und Anlageberater
  • Reporting: Erstellung transparenter Berichte sowie ganzheitliches Risiko- und Performance-Management

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (BWL, VWL, Finance, Wirtschaftsrecht) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z.B. CFA, CIIA)
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Portfoliomanagement, in der institutionellen Vermögensverwaltung oder im Family Office. Einstufung als professioneller Anleger
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie tiefergehendes Verständnis von Finanzmärkten und makroökonomischen Entwicklungen
  • Kenntnisse über das Stiftungs- und Gemeinnützigkeitsrecht wünschenswert
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der Kapitalmarkt- und Compliance-Usancen
  • Hohe Organisationfähigkeit und gute Problemlösungskompetenz sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Empathiefähigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Identifikation mit den christlichen Werten und der Vision der Hoffnungsträger
