Dann werde Teil unseres Teams! Als Mitarbeiter/in in der Buchhaltung unterstützt du uns bei der zuverlässigen und sorgfältigen Abwicklung unserer kaufmännischen Prozesse. Du bearbeitest laufende Geschäftsvorgänge, prüfst Rechnungen und unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen. Wenn du gerne eigenverantwortlich arbeitest, ein gutes Zahlenverständnis mitbringst und Wert auf eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise legst, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung – in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Das erwartet dich

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung, insbesondere Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung und Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie offener Posten
  • Unterstützung bei Kontenabstimmungen und vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Übersichten
  • Unterstützung bei lohnbuchhalterischen Tätigkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung und den kaufmännischen sowie operativen Bereichen
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
  • Sicherer und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Zahlen und kaufmännischen Vorgängen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit einer Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Software
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis
