DEINE ROLLE

Du liebst dem Umgang mit Zahlen, denkst mit und willst nicht nur abarbeiten, sondern wirklich etwas bewegen? Perfekt! In unserem Finance-Team wartet eine abwechslungsreiche Teilzeitposition (30–35 Stunden) auf dich, in der du dich einbringen, mitgestalten und in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterentwickeln kannst.

  • Zahlen sind genau dein Ding: In der Finanzbuchhaltung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle – und das für sämtliche Gesellschaften.
  • Du behältst stets den Überblick: Bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen wirkst du aktiv mit und unterstützt zudem bei der Steuerung und Abwicklung von Zahlungsläufen.
  • Teamplayer mit Servicegedanken: Du verstehst du dich als interne Ansprechperson und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg*innen zusammen, um Prozesse im Finanzbereich kontinuierlich zu optimieren und effizienter zu gestalten.
  • Echter Gestaltungsspielraum: Du bringst deine Ideen ein und wirkst aktiv am weiteren Aufbau sowie der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit.

DAMIT FÄHRST DU GUT

  • Eine solide Grundlage: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und konntest bereits mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sammeln.
  • Dein Handwerkszeug: In deinem Arbeitsalltag bewegst du dich sicher in buchhalterischen Prozessen und in der Rechnungsstellung. Der Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen sowie mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, ist für dich selbstverständlich. Auch digitale Tools setzt du routiniert ein. Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau.
  • Du als Typ: Darüber hinaus zeichnest du dich durch eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus. Du behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick, arbeitest konzentriert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.
  • Nice to have, aber kein Muss: Du bringst eine einschlägige Weiterbildung/ Qualifikation im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung mit und verfügst über DATEV-Kenntnissen.
