Unser führendes Financial Services Regulatory Team um die Partner Dr. Richard Reimer und Dr. Sarah Wrage berät nationale und internationale Banken, Finanzdienstleister, Zahlungsinstitute sowie Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften in allen Fragen des deutschen und europäischen Aufsichtsrechts. Wir decken das gesamte Spektrum des Bank-, Finanz- und Zahlungsdienstleistungsrechts ab – vom institutionellen über das produktspezifische Aufsichtsrecht bis hin zu regulatorischen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Investmentstrukturen.

Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Begleitung von BaFin‑Erlaubnisverfahren und weiteren aufsichtsrechtlichen Genehmigungen. Das Team unterstützt hierbei sowohl klassische Institute als auch innovative Geschäftsmodelle wie FinTechs, App‑basierte Banking‑Produkte, BNPL‑Modelle und neue Zahlungsverkehrslösungen. Ebenso beraten wir umfassend zu Organisations‑ und Compliancepflichten, Geldwäscheprävention, Risikomanagement und IT‑Compliance sowie zu aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen an Fondsstrukturen und deren Vertrieb.

Idealerweise bringen Sie mit:

  • Zwei vollbefriedigende juristische Staatsexamen
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Financial Services Regulatory (Inhouse oder Kanzlei)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Idealerweise erste Auslandserfahrung
  • Eine Promotion oder ein im englischsprachigen Ausland erworbener LL.M.-Titel sind willkommene Zusatzqualifikationen
