About the Position

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie entwickeln, analysieren und optimieren bestehende Produktionsprozesse und Prozessketten durch den Einsatz verfahrenstechnischer Methoden und Werkzeuge - unter Anderem durch Erfassung und Auswertung von Prozessdaten, die Durchführung von Prozessanalysen sowie die Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität, Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Nachhaltigkeit. Sie planen, koordinieren und führen Versuche im Labor-, Technikums- und Produktionsmaßstab durch, werten die Ergebnisse aus und leiten daraus technische Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Darüber hinaus bearbeiten Sie verfahrenstechnische Projekte selbstständig von der Konzeptphase bis zur Umsetzung und kommunizieren Ihre Ergebnisse in Form von technischen Berichten, Präsentationen sowie Stoff- und Energiebilanzen an interne und externe Stakeholder.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der Unterstützung von Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekten. Hier wirken Sie bei der Entwicklung technischer Konzepte, der Auswahl geeigneter Apparate und Anlagenkomponenten, der Durchführung von Tests sowie bei Inbetriebnahmen mit. Zudem unterstützen Sie die Nachhaltigkeitsorganisation durch die Erhebung, Aufbereitung und Validierung von prozessbezogenen Daten für Life-Cycle-Assessments (LCA). Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Bereitstellung belastbarer Prozess-, Energie-, Rohstoff- und Emissionsdaten (CO2 Bilanzierung). Darüber hinaus identifizieren Sie kontinuierlich Verbesserungspotenziale in den Bereichen Energieeffizienz, Ressourcennutzung und Prozessperformance und tragen aktiv zum Ausbau des technologischen Know-hows im Unternehmen bei.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein Studium der Verfahrenstechnik oder des Chemieingenieurwesens erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Ebenfalls bringen Sie gute Kenntnisse von verfahrenstechnischen oder analytischen Prozessen, z.B. Sprühtrocknung, Mahlen oder Partikelmesstechnik sowie gute Kenntnisse der spezifischen Prozessketten mit. Sie haben Erfahrung mit dem Thema CO2 Bilanzierung & Nachhaltigkeit und sind vertraut im Umgang mit MS-Office, Minitab, ERP-Systemen (idealerweise M3) und haben erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Life Cycle Analysis. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.

Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Zuverlässigkeit in Bezug auf Terminplanung und Arbeitsergebnisse sowie eine effektive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sie sind offen in der Kommunikation und bringen sich proaktiv in die Aufgaben des Teams ein. Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen setzen wir voraus.
