About the Position

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Produktionsablaufs durch die Koordination der Produktionsaufträge, die Arbeitsvorbereitung, die bedarfsgerechte Versorgung mit Roh- Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sowie die Überwachung und Dokumentation der Produktionsprozesse.
  • Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen sowie eigenständige Identifikation und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen und Abweichungen.
  • Fachliche Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter sowie Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Schulungen. Betreuung und Förderung von Auszubildenden sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.
  • Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Anlagenbetriebs sowie Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik.
  • Aktives Vorleben einer Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Verbesserungskultur durch die konsequente Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzstandards sowie die aktive Mitwirkung an Lean‑Initiativen, 5S-Aktivitäten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Chemie oder Techniker der Fachrichtung Chemietechnik abgeschlossen und verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemisch-metallurgischen Industrie.

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verfahrenstechnik, Industrieofentechnik sowie der anorganischen Chemie und Pulvermetallurgie zeichnen Ihr Profil aus. Der Umgang mit MS Office, M3 und LabVantage ist Ihnen vertraut, zudem bringen Sie Grundkenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit mit. Gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
