In unserem Solutions Team unterstützt du bei der Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanliegen und sorgst gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen für schnelle, lösungsorientierte Unterstützung – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden, sowie touristischen Partnern via Telefon und E-Mail
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanliegen, Beschwerden und Eskalationen
  • Recherche und Analyse von Buchungsabläufen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Bearbeitung von Bewertungen und Beschwerden über Plattformen wie Trustpilot oder Google
  • Bearbeitung von Sonderanmeldungen für barrierefreies Reisen
  • Anpassung und Betreuung für bestehende Buchungen aufgrund Flug-oder Hoteländerungen
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Serviceprozessen und Abläufen

Das bringst du mit

  • Touristische Vorkenntnisse aus dem Reisebüro-, OTA- oder Reiseveranstalter-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Beschwerden, Eskalationen oder komplexen Servicefällen
  • Analytische Denkweise und Freude daran, Ursachen zu recherchieren und Lösungen zu finden
  • Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit, Prioritäten sicher zu steuern
  • Empathie, Resilienzund souveräner Umgang mit herausfordernden Kundensituationen
  • Erste Erfahrung mit touristischen Systemen wie SeCo, Bistro, Iris, Peakworkoder vergleichbaren Tools von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
