Als Werki Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding unterstützt Du uns dabei, Talente für HolidayCheck zu begeistern, eine positive Candidate Experience zu schaffen und unsere Arbeitgebermarke weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei übernimmst Du von Anfang an Verantwortung und bringst Deine eigenen Ideen ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung eingehender Bewerbungen und professionelle Kommunikation mit Talenten entlang des Recruiting-Prozesses
  • Koordination von Interviews und enge Abstimmung mit unseren Hiring Managern
  • Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience – vom ersten Kontakt bis zur finalen Entscheidung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen sowie der Pflege unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems
  • Mitwirkung bei Employer-Branding-Initiativen, beispielsweise bei LinkedIn-Content, Bewertungsplattformen oder internen Projekten
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und aktive Mitgestaltung effizienter Recruiting-Prozesse, auch mithilfe von KI-Tools
  • Mitarbeit an abwechslungsreichen Projekten rund um Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding

Das bringst Du mit

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Personalmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR- oder Recruiting-Umfeld sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine offene, kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Blick fürs Detail
  • Interesse an Employer Branding, Social Media und der Frage, wie Unternehmen Talente für sich begeistern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Neugier auf digitale Tools und den sinnvollen Einsatz von KI im Arbeitsalltag
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in unserem internationalen Umfeld
