This role is based in our global operations center in Tampa, Florida.

Description:

This position is responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to handle all aspects of Accounts Payable
  • Auditing Vendor Invoices and Expense Reimbursements in Workflow Program to ensure accurate Data Entry and proper coding
  • Process rush Vendor Invoices in Accounts Payable Accounting system
  • Research vendor questions regarding payment of invoices
  • Research internal customer questions regarding expense reimbursements and vendor payments
  • Special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related area.
  • Proficient computer typing skills and knowledge of general computer software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.
  • All duties should be performed timely with minimal supervision and questions

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required but may be substituted for relevant legal work experience
