Deine Aufgabenbereiche

  • Neukundenakquise: Gewinne neue B2B-Partner wie Uhren- und Schmuckgeschäfte, Kaufhäuser und Modegeschäfte.
  • Bestandskundenpflege: Baue langfristige, starke Beziehungen zu bestehenden Partner:innen auf und entwickle diese strategisch weiter.
  • Strategieentwicklung: Plane die optimale Bearbeitung deiner Region und setze klare Vertriebsziele.
  • Umsatzsteigerung: Erreiche und übertreffe deine Verkaufsziele durch eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und kreatives Handeln.

Das bringst du mit

  • Vertriebserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in den Bereichen Schmuck, Uhren oder Mode.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du überzeugst durch Verhandlungsgeschick und ein professionelles Auftreten.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Hohe Mobilität innerhalb deiner Region, Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Leidenschaft: Begeisterung für Vertrieb und unser Sortiment aus natürlichen Materialien.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft für ungleichmäßige Verteilung der Wochenarbeitszeit durch beispielsweise Akquise-Touren oder Messeauftritte.
