Zur strategischen und operativen Leitung unseres Web-Development-Teams suchen wir einen Head of Web Development, der unsere Systemlandschaft technisch sowie visionär steuert, zukunftsfähige Architekturentscheidungen trifft und unser Entwicklerteam fachlich führt.

  • Als Technology Lead verantwortest du die langfristige Ausrichtung unserer technischen Architektur, konzipierst komplexe E-Commerce-Systeme, Schnittstellen sowie Core-Komponenten und stellst die Weichen für zukünftiges Wachstum
  • Die Evaluierung neuer Technologien, Frameworks sowie Systeme gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie das Einbringen deiner Expertise bei strategischen Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen, um den Ausbau unserer Plattformen proaktiv voranzutreiben
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Marketing sowie weiteren Fachbereichen agierst du als strategisches Bindeglied und übersetzt komplexe Business-Requirements in performante, skalierbare und zukunftssichere technische Lösungen
  • Die Gesamtverantwortung für die Stabilität, Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit und Performance unserer Plattformen liegt in deinen Händen, kombiniert mit der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse von CI/CD bis hin zu agilen Methoden
  • Mit Empathie und Struktur übernimmst du die fachliche Leitung sowie das Mentoring unseres Entwicklerteams, förderst die individuelle Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden und steuerst die Ressourcen- sowie Kapazitätenplanung nachhaltig
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige praktische Qualifikation mit langjähriger, tiefgreifender Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung – idealerweise bereits in einer Senior-Lead- oder Head-of-Rolle
  • Fundierte, praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in JavaScript-Frameworks (wie Vue.js / Nuxt.js), sowie im Umgang mit Shopware oder vergleichbaren E-Commerce-Plattformen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und dem Aufbau von Entwicklerteams sowie Freude daran, eine moderne und offene Engineering-Kultur zu prägen
  • Ein tiefes Verständnis für komplexe Systemarchitekturen, API-Design, Cloud-Infrastrukturen und moderne DevOps-Praktiken
  • Eine stark ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkweise, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um technische Roadmaps und Visionen auch an nicht-technische Stakeholder verständlich zu vermitteln
