Wir verbinden moderne Web-Technologien, datengetriebenes Onlinemarketing und leistungsstarke Logistik, um unseren Kunden ein herausragendes Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. Unsere Kunden kaufen bei uns keine 20-Euro-Artikel, sondern investieren oft mehrere tausend Euro in Terrassen, Böden oder Gartenhäuser – beratungsintensive Käufe, bei denen der Kunde genau verstehen will, was er kauft. Wir wollen, dass der Kunde bei uns schneller und sicherer zu seiner Lösung kommt als irgendwo sonst. Bei uns arbeitest du in einem festen In-house-Entwicklerteam mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen ohne Agenturstrukturen. Wir setzen stark auf moderne AI-Tools, realisieren Prototypen per Vibecoding in Stunden statt Wochen und bieten dir viel Freiraum für eigene Ideen, pragmatisches Ausprobieren sowie flexible Arbeitszeiten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Product Designer (w/m/d) eCommerce, der nutzerzentrierte Konzepte entwickelt, Ideen in Prototypen gießt und unser Shop-Erlebnis maßgeblich prägt.

  • Analyse unseres Onlineshops zur Identifikation von Hürden im Kaufprozess und Ableitung gezielter Optimierungen
  • Konzeption von Lösungen wie z. B. smarten Produktkonfiguratoren, die Kunden die Entscheidung erleichtern
  • Durchführung von Nutzergesprächen und direkte Einholung von Kundenfeedback
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von konkreten Mockups und Prototypen, die für das Entwicklerteam direkt umsetzbar sind
  • Experimentieren und schnelles Prototyping mit modernen AI-Tools in einem agilen In-house-Umfeld
  • Nachbereitung und Überprüfung der umgesetzten Features auf deren Wirksamkeit im Live-Betrieb
  • Eigenverantwortliches Durchziehen eigener Ideen in flexibler Arbeitszeiteinteilung und enger Abstimmung mit den Entwicklern
  • Ausgeprägtes Denken in Kundenproblemen statt in reinen Screens mit dem Fokus zu verstehen, warum Kunden abspringen
  • Fundierte Praxis im Bereich Gestaltung (Figma, Prototypen, Design-Systeme) ODER ein technischer Hintergrund mit Verständnis für moderne Frontend-Stacks (idealerweise Nuxt)
  • Fähigkeit, Spezifikationen so zu verfassen, dass Softwareentwickler ohne Rückfragen damit arbeiten können
  • Freude am Experimentieren sowie am Einsatz moderner AI-Tools (z. B. für schnelles Prototyping / Vibecoding)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Tatdrang und der Wunsch, eigene Ideen durchzuziehen
