Deine zukünftige Rolle

Manche nennen es Büro – für Dich ist es ein Labyrinth voller Herausforderungen und Abenteuer! Für Dich ist kein Angebot zu komplex, kein Büro zu chaotisch und keine Aufgabe zu groß. Das bedeutet für Dich:

  • Du behältst den Überblick bei der Koordination von Terminplanungen zwischen Kunden, Monteuren und laufenden Projekten, auch in arbeitsreichen Situationen.
  • Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und erstellst Angebote sowie Rechnungen sorgfältig und eigenständig.
  • Du hast ein freundliches Auftreten und Freude an der Korrespondenz per Telefon, E-Mail und Brief, sowohl mit Kunden als auch mit Großhändlern.
  • Du behältst Zahlungs- und Liefertermine im Blick und erfasst Arbeits- und Fehlzeiten.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), idealerweise auch in Label.
  • Vorteilhaft sind erste Erfahrungen im Sanitär-, Heizungs- oder Klimabereich.

Dein Profil

Du jonglierst nicht nur mit Rechnungen, sondern behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und organisierst unser buntes Büro-Leben eigenverantwortlich.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Organisation, Kommunikation, Beschaffung und Dokumentation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabenbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Sicheres, souveränes Auftreten sowie eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Affinität zu digitalen Prozessoptimierungen
