Als Obermonteur/in führst Du Deine Baustellen zum Erfolg – mit Weitblick, Organisationstalent und Handwerk aus Leidenschaft. Baustellen leiten & Team führen – das erwartet Dich:

  • Leitung der Baustellen als Bindeglied zwischen Projektleitung, Monteurteam & Büro
  • Organisation & Ausführung der Arbeiten vor Ort
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden & Lieferanten
  • Materialplanung & Bestellung
  • Teamführung: Dein Team einweisen, betreuen & motivieren
  • Unterstützung Deiner Kolleg:innen mit Know-how & Teamgeist

Dein Profil

Organisation & Tatendrang – das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im SHK-Bereich
  • Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen & zu organisieren
  • Überblick auf Baustellen behalten – auch bei komplexen Aufgaben
  • Spaß am Anpacken & Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Offenheit für neue Themen & Bereitschaft, Dich weiterzuentwickeln
