Deine zukünftige Rolle

Du kennst den Kundendienst nicht nur vom Schreibtisch, sondern auch aus der Praxis? Du kannst Abläufe steuern, Prioritäten setzen und hast ein gutes Gespür für Technik und Menschen? Dann übernimm bei uns die zentrale Rolle im Tagesgeschäft.

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden am Telefon und koordinierst alle eingehenden Anfragen
  • Du steuerst und planst den Einsatz unserer Monteure effizient und praxisnah
  • Du prüfst und priorisierst Serviceaufträge mit technischem Verständnis
  • Du koordinierst Termine zwischen Kunden und Monteurteams
  • Du unterstützt bei technischen Rückfragen und findest pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du organisierst und bestellst Ersatzteile passend zu den jeweiligen Einsätzen
  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Kundendienst

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich (z. B. Anlagenmechaniker SHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundendienst, idealerweise mit erster Verantwortung oder in leitender Funktion
  • Gute technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Heizungs-, Wartungs- und Anlagentechnik
  • Verständnis für Abläufe im Servicegeschäft und in der Einsatzplanung
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen und Führerschein Klasse B.
