Deine zukünftige Rolle

Du liebst Technik, packst gern an und bist ein echter Problemlöser? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wir verbinden traditionelles Handwerk mit modernster Technik. Als Kundendiensttechniker (m/w/d) bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn es bei unseren Kunden mal nicht rund läuft. ‍ Probleme lösen & Kunden begeistern – das erwartet Dich:

  • Wartungs- und Reparaturaufträge selbstständig ausführen
  • Schwerpunkt: Privatkunden und Hausverwaltungen
  • Eng mit dem Büro-Team zusammenarbeiten – Deine Einsätze sind perfekt organisiert
  • Material selbst bestellen und den Überblick behalten

Dein Profil

Technisches Können & Lust auf Abwechslung – das bringst Du mit:

  • Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Heizungsbauer, Elektriker (m/w/d) oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung mit Öl-, Gas- und Wärmepumpenanlagen? Top, aber kein Muss!
  • Eigenverantwortliche & sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft & Flexibilität – neue Themen schrecken Dich nicht
  • Führerschein Klasse B & Bereitschaft für Notdienste nach Absprache
