Deine zukünftige Rolle

Du liebst Technik, packst gern an und bist ein echter Problemlöser? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wir verbinden traditionelles Handwerk mit modernster Technik. Als Kundendiensttechniker (m/w/d) bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn es bei unseren Kunden mal nicht rund läuft. ‍ Inbetriebnahme & Service – alles im Griff:

  • Wartung und Inbetriebnahme von Wärmepumpen & Heizungsanlagen (z. B. Lambda, Vaillant, Panasonic).
  • Störungssuche, Reparaturen & Instandsetzungen – immer auf den Punkt.
  • Kontrolle & Optimierung der Wasserqualität nach VDI 2035 bei Neu- & Bestandsanlagen.
  • Unterstützung der Montageteams bei Elektroarbeiten (z. B. Verdrahten von Reglern & Peripheriegeräten).
  • Einrichtung von Fernüberwachungssystemen & Integration von Wärmepumpen mit PV-Anlagen.
  • Digitale Dokumentation Deiner Arbeiten für maximale Transparenz.

Dein Profil

Fachwissen trifft Teamgeist – das bringst Du mit:

  • Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst und hohe Serviceorientierung.
  • Gute elektrische Grundkenntnisse – von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Eigenständige & verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise.
  • Führerschein Klasse B – für Deinen Einsatz vor Ort.
  • Wünschenswert: IT-Kenntnisse für digitale Lösungen.
