Deine zukünftige Rolle

Wir suchen Dich als Projektleiter:in, der/die mit Köpfle, Teamgeist und einem ordentlichen Schuss schwäbischer Gründlichkeit unsere SHK-Projekte von A-Z erfolgreich steuert.

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Mitarbeit im aktuellen Prozess der Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Projektverbesserung.
  • Unterstützung und Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Anlagenmechaniker/innen und Servicetechniker/innen.
  • Dabei wirst Du die Verantwortung der gesamten Projektabwicklung, von der Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme, übernehmen.
  • Ein Teil Deiner täglichen Aufgaben wird die Besichtigung auf Baustellen. Dort übernimmst Du die Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden, Bauleitern, Architekten sowie Planern sein.
  • Du bist für den Einkauf und die Abrechnung der Materialien und Leistungen verantwortlich.

Dein Profil

Ob Eigenheim oder Gewerbe – Du sorgst dafür, dass alles sauber läuft und die Kunden begeistert sind.

Konkret solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Techniker, Meister oder Ingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Heizung/Sanitär oder vergleichbares.
  • Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse relevanter Richtlinien und Gesetze.
  • Du bringst eine eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit.
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse gehören genauso wie ein Führerschein (Klasse B) zu Deinem Portfolio.
  • Du kannst wirtschaftlich Denken und im Sinne des Unternehmens Handeln.
  • Deine Stärken sind Zuverlässigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, um immer das beste Ergebnis zu erzielen!
