Deine zukünftige Rolle

Du hast den Überblick, wenn es um Projekte geht, und machst aus Bauvorhaben echte Erfolgsgeschichten? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wir verbinden traditionelles Handwerk mit modernster Technik und bieten Dir die Chance, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Deine Fähigkeiten voll auszuspielen. ‍ Projekte steuern & Team führen – das erwartet Dich:

  • Mitarbeit an Standardisierungs-, Digitalisierungs- und Projektverbesserungsprozessen.
  • Unterstützung und Ansprechpartner/:in für Monteur:innen und Nachunternehmer:innen.
  • Verantwortung der gesamten Projektabwicklung von der Angebotsphase bis zur Abnahme.
  • Tägliche Baustellenbesichtigungen und Betreuung/Beratung von Kund:innen, Bauleiter:innen, Architekt:innen und Planer:innen.
  • Verantwortung für Einkauf und Abrechnung von Materialien und Leistungen.
  • Projekte im Umkreis von 100 km.

Dein Profil

Erfahrung & Verantwortung – das bringst Du mit:

  • Optimalerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Techniker:in, Meister:in oder Ingenieur:in (m/w/d) im Bereich Heizung/Sanitär oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Richtlinien und Gesetze.
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse und Führerschein Klasse B.
