Nosso(a) analista de customer success será responsável por:

  • Auxiliar na preparação de relatórios sobre a evolução dos clientes e métricas como engajamento e satisfação.
  • Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, acompanhando toda a jornada desde a implementação até a retenção.
  • Realizar reuniões periódicas com clientes para garantir o alinhamento com seus objetivos e expectativas.
  • Propor soluções personalizadas e práticas que garantam a satisfação e o sucesso dos clientes.
  • Monitorar indicadores como churn, engajamento e NPS, sugerindo ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Elaborar relatórios analíticos e fornecer insights estratégicos para os clientes e para a empresa.
  • Facilitar a comunicação entre clientes e áreas internas, como suporte e vendas.
  • Atendimento de tickets dos clientes da sua carteira, solucionando dúvidas.

Requisitos:

  • Formação completa em Administração, Marketing, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas afins.
  • Domínio intermediário do Pacote Office e ferramentas de CRM.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes.
  • Capacidade analítica, organização e orientação para resultados.
  • Proatividade e foco em soluções estratégicas.
  • Experiência consolidada em Customer Success ou áreas correlatas.
