RETO ?

En TRIBBU creemos que la cultura no vive solo en un documento de valores. Hasta ahora, una parte importante de esa logística ha tenido apoyo, pero esa persona está dejando esa responsabilidad y necesitamos que alguien tome el relevo. No buscamos un parche: buscamos empezar a construir algo más sólido, una forma de trabajar ordenada, con procesos claros, proveedores de confianza y un nivel de cuidado que no dependa de la improvisación de última hora.

ROL ?

* Buscar espacios, comparar proveedores y presupuestos, hacer pedidos y preparar materiales antes de cada encuentro. * Montar los espacios físicamente: decoración, mesas, señalética, comida y bebida. * Coordinar proveedores durante el encuentro y resolver imprevistos sobre la marcha. * Encargarte de la recogida, el inventario, las devoluciones y el seguimiento de gastos tras cada encuentro. * Documentar lo aprendido para que cada encuentro sea un poco más fácil de organizar que el anterior. * Asumir con el tiempo la operativa completa de encuentros sencillos, y cada vez más responsabilidad en los más complejos. Este rol es hands-on: vas a aprender haciendo, no observando. Y aunque pueda parecer un trabajo pequeño visto desde fuera, es parte de cómo entendemos el trabajo en equipo mientras escalamos TRIBBU a millones de viajes compartidos: los encuentros bien cuidados sostienen la cultura que hace posible todo lo demás.

PERFIL ?

* Eres una persona responsable, organizada y resolutiva, que no se bloquea cuando algo cambia de última hora. * Tienes iniciativa y poco a poco aprendes a detectar lo que falta sin esperar siempre instrucciones. * Tienes humildad para aprender y compromiso real con el equipo. * Entiendes cómo trabajamos: con mucha confianza y libertad, a cambio de comunicación y responsabilidad. Suma puntos si además tienes experiencia (aunque sea pequeña) en eventos, hospitality, producción, operaciones o community, sensibilidad estética, manejo básico de Canva, inglés funcional, o cualquier experiencia académica o personal en la que hayas tenido que organizar o sacar algo adelante.

Reportarás directamente a María Valera, Culture Manager & Employee Experience, y trabajarás codo con codo con ella desde el primer día, con acompañamiento real al principio y cada vez más autonomía según vayas ganando contexto.
