RETO

El diseño en TRIBBU necesita dejar de ser un conjunto de esfuerzos individuales para convertirse en un sistema: con metodología propia, con un discovery track que funcione de forma continua, y con un Design System que no dependa de la memoria de nadie. Hoy tenemos a un Product Designer, un Senior Product Designer y un User Researcher haciendo un gran trabajo, pero sin una visión que los conecte, mientras nuestro CPO ejerce de líder de diseño además de su rol real. El producto de TRIBBU está creciendo más rápido que nuestra capacidad de diseñarlo con coherencia, y eso se nota en cada flujo, cada fricción, cada decisión que el usuario toma en segundos.

ROL

* Construir y mantener nuestro Design System, tokenizado y AI-ready:

escalable y pensado para que la IA lo entienda y lo use, no solo las personas.

* Diseñar cómo trabajamos en discovery, cómo pasamos de un problema mal definido a una solución validada.

* Montar un sistema de prototipado que nos permita fallar rápido y barato, validando ideas en horas, no en semanas.

* Liderar de verdad al equipo de diseño: 1:1 que importan, ayudar a cada persona a identificar qué la frena y qué la impulsa, y tomar decisiones sobre prioridades cuando el equipo no las tenga claras.

* Proteger el tiempo de diseño profundo frente a la urgencia constante.

* Colaborar codo a codo con el CPO y los equipos técnicos, traduciendo entre negocio, research, diseño y desarrollo.

No vas a hacer de todo un poco. Vas a decidir en qué merece la pena que el equipo invierta su energía, y vas a construir el sistema de diseño que sostenga a TRIBBU mientras seguimos multiplicando usuarios y viajes compartidos mes a mes.

PERFIL

* Experiencia liderando equipos de diseño.

* Nivel muy alto en Figma y herramientas de IA aplicadas a diseño.

* Conocimiento sólido en User Research y empatía real con el usuario.

* Experiencia construyendo y manteniendo Design Systems.

* Criterio top tier en usabilidad y experiencia de usuario.

* Experiencia trabajando codo a codo con equipos de producto e ingeniería.

* Experiencia diseñando apps.

Suma puntos si además tienes experiencia en experimentación, conocimiento de Scrum/Kanban y optimización de métricas de velocidad, buenas habilidades de comunicación con stakeholders, experiencia en movilidad o experiencia en B2C masivo.

CULTURA

Reportarás directamente a Juanma, nuestro CPO, y trabajarás codo a codo con el Product Designer, el Senior Product Designer y el User Researcher que vas a liderar, además de con los equipos de producto e ingeniería. En TRIBBU no hay burocracia ni jerarquías pesadas: las decisiones se toman cerca del problema y cada persona construye con autonomía real. Eliminamos la prueba técnica en casa y la sustituimos por conversaciones ágiles donde lo que importa es cómo piensas, no cómo memorizas.
