Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Success Travel Advisor. In this role, you will guide clients through the vacation-planning and reservation process while providing personalized service and consistent communication.

Rather than simply coordinating bookings, you will focus on understanding what each client wants from their experience, researching appropriate options, helping organize important details, and providing support throughout the planning journey.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, researching vacation experiences, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. No previous travel industry experience is required, and training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferred dates, destinations, interests, and budgets
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences
  • Identify and present options that align with individual client preferences
  • Guide clients through available choices and answer questions regarding reservation requirements and inclusions
  • Coordinate selected arrangements using approved supplier and reservation platforms
  • Review traveler information, confirmations, schedules, and other booking details for accuracy
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding important updates, deadlines, and next steps
  • Assist with routine reservation adjustments and client service requests
  • Keep client profiles, communications, and booking documentation accurate and organized
  • Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and industry updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
