Overview

Do you enjoy creating content, engaging with people online, and inspiring others to explore the world? We're expanding our remote team and looking for energetic, creative individuals to join us as Social Media Travel Advisors.

In this entry-level remote role, you'll combine your passion for travel with digital communication by connecting with travelers, sharing vacation inspiration, and helping clients turn their travel ideas into booked experiences. You'll assist with everything from all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, and international adventures while developing valuable skills in client engagement, marketing, and travel planning.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective and existing clients through social media and digital communication channels
  • Share travel inspiration, destination highlights, and current vacation opportunities
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
  • Help clients identify travel experiences that fit their interests, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
  • Assist travelers throughout the planning and reservation process
  • Respond professionally to inquiries through email, phone, messaging platforms, social media, and virtual meetings
  • Work with approved travel suppliers to secure and verify reservations
  • Review booking details, itineraries, and travel confirmations for accuracy
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and travel arrangements
  • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and popular destinations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, social media, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with people across digital platforms
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
